The villa, set against the rocks, is one of the oldest in the village and has been built over three floors, laid out on terracing with panoramic views of the sea.
The main beach is 150 m away and is reached by descending one of the town's most typical and picturesque staircases. Within a radius of 100 m are various shops and famous bars and restaurants. Peaceful position. Equipped terraces with sea view. Pay parking 100 m away.
Top part of house: 1 double bedroom with own bathroom with shower and balcony, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
Central part: entrance/living room, 1 double bedroom with access to a terrace (abt. 60 m2), with panoramic sea view, 1 bathroom with bath.
Lower floor: living/dining room (TV) with access to a terrace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to a terrace, 1 small single bedroom very simply furnished, 1 bathroom with hip bath.
The three floors are connected by an internal staircase as well as by an outside staircase, which flanks one side of the house and gives access to the top floor bedrooms and to the central floor. The main entrance to the villa is situated in the central part and is reached by an outside staircase.
