A private, 2-storey villa built on its own fenced, partly landscaped property of 4000sqm, in a secluded location near and above the Aghios Sostis beautiful sandy beach. Upon arrival, a driveway leads to an open-air parking lot for 3-4 cars and an indoor garage for 3 cars. There is a tiled yard and a pergola in front of a storeroom at the back of the house and a gate opening onto a patio which leads to the main entrance of the house. Large living and dining room, open-plan fully equipped kitchen (storeroom connecting with the kitchen) and WC/shower (no tub) for guests. Huge window overlooking the beach and French doors leading to the front veranda and pool terrace. By the side of the pool, detached from the main house, there is a guest house with living room (2 sofa beds), double bedroom with en suite WC/shower - exit to front pool side semi-private veranda with built-in sitting area. An exterior staircase leads to the lower ground of the property, comprising of: living/dining room with built-in furniture (there are 2 L-shaped sofa beds), equipped kitchen separated by an arch (storeroom connecting with the kitchen), WC/shower (no tub) and large double bedroom with en suite WC/shower (possible to add 2 extra beds). The villa is known for its rich garden, full with trees and flowers; an exceptional villa in this barren island. Distances : Ag. Sostis sandy beach at 200m via neighbouring property and 800m via an unpaved road. Local market on main road to Mykonos 5kms away, Mykonos town and port at 9kms, Ano Mera and airport at 9kms also. There is a ca. 200m unpaved road by the property.
