Set among olive groves in the east side of Gavalohori, the villas offer stunning views of the White Mountains. Ideal for couples or families who wish to enjoy a truly luxurious accommodation within a quiet village setting and with easy access to fine beaches and sights. Location Gavalohori is a traditional Cretan village situated in the Apokoronas region, about 3km inland from the fishing village of Almirida. Gavalohori is an old historical village with particularly interesting and well-preserved folk architecture and with many sights as the 18th century arched olive oil press, the chapels of Panagia and Agios Sergios, the old school, the Historical Folk Art museum. Nearest airport is this of Chania at 45 km away. The villas are a ½ hr drive from either Chania or Rethymnon towns. Description: All six villas are autonomous and offer complete privacy with their own pool, parking space and garden. The 3 bedroom villas have 250m2 of living space on a 600 m2 plot of land. They can accommodate up to 6 persons in one master bedroom (with large double bed & ensuite bathroom with shower & hydromassage) and 2 twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom with shower enclosure). The 4 bedroom villas have 300m2 of living space on a 1000 m2 plot of land. They can accommodate up to 8 persons in two double bedrooms and two twin-bedded bedrooms and have 2 bathrooms, (the one en-suite), and a WC. All villas are equipped to a very high standard of comfort and offer the following facilities : air-conditioning, central heating, fireplace, linen/ towels, safe, telephone, internet connection (dial up), Sat TV in every room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring kitchen, hob, oven, grill, washing machine and dryer, iron & iron board, CD player, DVD. Cleaning service is provided every two days.
