The view from Recife is breathtaking, on the east side is the crystal blue water of the Caribbean Sea and on all sides of the house are tropical trees teeming with birds.
The top deck is the perfect place to view the stars at night and also the perfect spot to view the sunrise with your morning coffee or to see the sunset with a margarita.
The first floor of the house is colorfully decorated and furnished with Mexican Folk Art including 1920/30´s Mexican ´´feather birds´´ and flower painted wooden trays also there are many oil and water colo paintings. Cross ventilation and ceiling fans keep the temperature comfortable, the main part of the house has a living room, dining room, gourmet equipped kitchen, large patio with a fountain and 2 BBQ grills (gas &charcoal), and a colorful alcove for dining.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 upstairs (2 double beds & 1 queen) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (each with 2 single beds) each bedroom has its own bath, plus a 1/2 bath near the kitchen.
There are three decks facing the Caribbean, two on the second floor and one on the third floor, with 360º view.
