Maison La Celeste is nestled in the vineyards between the villages of Rieux Minervois and La Redorte(both 2km)20km from the wonderful medieval city of Carcassonne and its airport. Toulouse, Perpignan, Montpelier and Nimes all have airports and car rental facilities within striking distance. The Minervois and Corbieres regions are renowned for their wines and are well worth exploring. The river is stocked with trout and may be fished. There are local stables and boats may be hired

Notes: Maison La Celeste has a large, tiled entrance hall off which are the three main reception rooms; the library, dining room and the salon (all of generous proportions). The kitchen is quite spectacular being over 100msq with a large range, a huge open chimney for log fires and spit roasting, seating for 12-14 and all the usual appliances. From the hall a grand sweeping, marble staircase leads up to the 5 double bedrooms (3 ensuite).Through the games room, with a table tennis table, there is internal access to the tower with its own kitchen, terrace and small garden.
The swimming pool area comprises shower, WC, bar and barbecue. There is also a petanque court so you can take on the locals!
