There are some restaurants, supermarkets and shops only 5 minute walk from the villa. Also, the beautiful local beach is only 5 minute walk. The tramway line and the bus stop are a 5 minute walk. Lisbon center, Cascais, Estoril and Mafra are only a half-hour drive. You will be very close to the historical monuments in the Sintra hills, (only a 15 minute drive). Some adegas for wine tasting are only a 10 minute drive and the golf range is also only a 10 minute drive.
