This exclusive private hideaway is located on a small tropical island just off the east coast of the larger island of Phuket. It is surrounded by world-class scenery and enjoys breathtaking views of the bay. With blue waters and five secluded sandy beaches to choose from, this retreat provides a beautiful, romantic environment. Besides passing yachts dropping anchor for lunch, the only other people you may see are a few local Thais living in a small village on the other side of the island. A short boat ride away is a smaller island where a working pearl farm can be explored. Nearby Phuket, Thailand's largest island, is famous for its spectacular sunsets, beautiful white sandy beaches, and the stunning limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay (featured in a James Bond film).
The villa is set on elevated ground and features an infinity-edge pool with stunning bay views. From the pool, a broad stairway leads through a tropical garden to a teak-shingled sala (an outdoor living area) built over a bubbling rivulet. The main residence includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms (three ensuite), a spacious living room, an opulent mirrored dining area, a games room (furnished with Chinese antiques and a full-sized snooker table), and two fully equipped kitchens (both Western and Thai). A marble staircase leads to the main living room, featuring teak-paneled walls and cool marble flooring and opening onto a spacious wooden deck. This outdoor area affords panoramic views of the tropical garden and the island-studded seascape beyond. The house enjoys sea breezes, with air-conditioning provided in the more enclosed areas. On the second floor, the very large master bedroom features an emperor-size bed, exposed wooden beams, and beautiful lighting.
Housekeeping and maintenance staff are in attendance. A cook and massage services are available. Boats are available, as well. The property includes a private jetty.
