All the en suite bedrooms have French windows opening onto patios with lovely views of the gardens and countryside.Of the three bedrooms 2 have double beds and one three single beds.There are tiled floors throughout. The enormous split level living and dining room has a marble fireplace and is divided into seating areas.Sliding glass doors open onto patios with an outside covered eating and lounging area. The kitchen is large and was completely remodelled in 1998. A separate laundry area contains the washing machine and a chest freezer.
The owners have a unique collection of ornamental frogs to compliment the many frogs found in the terraced ponds

The apartment is located above the main villa and has it's own outside staircase; there is no access from inside the main villa.All the large picture windows and balcony have spectacular views of the bays and the countryside. There is a modern kitchen/dining room with fridge/freezer, a very large studio living room with twin or double bed, a single bedroom and a spacious bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet.The balcony has table and chairs for outside dining.The apartment was renovated in 2001.An additional bed can be added in the living room
Located away from the main villa and apartment the Casa is a typical Portuguese cottage. It has its own driveway and parking area as well as a patio and barbecue area. The living room has French windows opening to the patio with an alcoved dining room seating 6. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, neither are large enough for an extra bed although the sofa in the lounge will convert to a bed for a child. There is a shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen has a free standing oven and fridge/freezer with separate larder.
