Town house with its own private garden and pool. There is a large vine-covered patio area for eating or dozing in the shade. The barbecue is also in this area so cooking as well. The ground floor gives protection from the sun for the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor the larger sitting areas is at the front of the house separated by the kitchen from the other living area and on to access to the patio and garden. Shops are very close and there is a multi-lingual restaurant bar only 100m up the hill Oliva is a typically Spanish town a short drive away from the bustling cosmopolitan towns of Gandia and Denia. It is situated in the heart of the orange growing area of the Costa Azahar.
