Casa Depente is a lovely villa with a nice Swimming Pool (10x5) and a large garden with a Tennis Court. This area is very quiet.
The property is located in the area of Sintra-Cascais natural Park close to the Sintra center.
The living room (area 150 m2) has three zones of maples and sofas for better comfort and relax. The Games Room has a nice french billiard, where you can play with your friends. The tennis court with multiuso you can play basketball. There are five comfortable bedrooms (4 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with double bed), with TV Sets and Sat TV.
For your comfort you will find 4 bathrooms. From the garden you will see a beautiful view of the Royal Pena Palace and the Sintra hills. The local beaches are only 5 min. drive. Also, you will find some typical restaurants and little shops near the villa. Lisbon centre, Cascais and Estoril are only half an hour drive. From the windows you will see a fantastic sunset sea view.
This villa is located in a protected area. The house is detached and has total privacy.The place is very calm and the area is noisy free ( where you can relax all of the year). There are several restaurants and little shops only 10 min. walk from the villa. Some of the best golf courses in the area are located an half an hour drive. Close to the villa you will find historicalt monuments in he Sintra hillst: Royal Palaces, Monserrate Palace and Regaleira Palace. Lisbon, the capital, Estoril, Cascais and Mafra, are only half an hour drive. The Roca Cape (Western Most Point) is only 15 min. drive from the villa. Several sandy Beaches are only 10 min. drive, as Praia da Aguda, Praia das Maças and Praia Grande (beautiful beach).
