The villa is located a ten-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach.
There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre.
There are supermarkets and shops within a five minute walk and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park.
