This truly magnificent villa, perched within a postcard setting, sits on its own gorgeous private estate, with one of the most breathtaking views of the Lake Como. The villa offers an extremely peaceful location, amongst gentle rolling hills, and just a 15-20 minute walk from the center of the chic village of Bellagio. The beautiful pool enjoys unending views, (5x10 m), and is surrounded by olive groves and a beautiful garden. Recently restored, this beautiful villa has maintained its traditional ambience. It ofers private gardens, a grove of olive trees, a panoramic swimming pool, a superb view of the two arms of the Bellagio promontory as well as the mountains across the lake. The garden is equipped with nice garden furniture, and the covered portico and the terraces offer ample spaces to live outside and for dinners al fresco. The villa accomodate its guests in 4 elegant suites, in total 5 bedrooms and 3 additional living/sleeping rooms with comfortable sofa beds that can be used as real bedrooms, plus 5 large bathrooms, all with showers. In each suite a kitchentte is provided in case of need. There is also a common dining area with larger kitchen and space to eat together. All comfort can be found: air conditioning and heating,satellite TV, wireless internet access, safe, electronic safety key, launderette, private parking. The village is reachable with about 15 minutes walking. Maid and cooking service available - menus on request.
