This large detached villa is located in Casa de Campo, situated between Begur and Palafrugell, in a quiet cul de sac. The house is divided into two separate living accommodations suitable for two large families or friends, or if you just prefer more space and privacy the guest accommodation can be closed leaving the main house only for occupancy. The large attractive gardens are on several levels and offer a high degree of privacy as well as quiet areas, suitable for reading, away from the activity of the pool and house. The orientation of the house uses the distant but stunning sea views to full advantage. 5 minutes drive from the market town of Palafrugell and about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful bays of Aigua Blava, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.
ACCOMMODATION
Main House (Sleeps 8) Entrance hall leading down a few steps to the large split level sitting and dining room which in turn opens onto a large terrace, with sea views and steps leading to the pool and garden. The kitchen has all the modern facilities - dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and large breakfast bar. There are three bedrooms, all having en-suite bathrooms, two of these bedrooms have twin beds and doors leading to the main terrace, the third bedroom also has twin beds and two additional beds (currently bunk beds) suitable for children or young adults. The sitting room has satellite television, a music centre and CD player. Guest apartment (sleeps 4) This is located underneath the main house and contains a Spanish style kitchen again with dishwasher, microwave etc, a sitting room with built-in sofas, two twin bedrooms one en-suite, additional bathroom. *The house is centrally heated throughout and the pool can also be heated (at additional cost)
