This large villa is set on a hill overlooking the sea, about 3 miles outside the
main village on the island of Antiparos. It is only about 400 yards to the nearest sandy
beaches—a very pleasant walk. The villa includes a garden and a large terrace with
marvelous views of the sea and the neighboring isle of Paros. There is regular
bus service into the village during the day.
Part of the Cycladic Islands along
with its larger neighbor Paros, the island of Antiparos is known for its beautiful coastline
and many sandy beaches. A long, narrow island (just a few miles wide), Antiparos is home
to less than a thousand people. There is only one village, which does not feel crowded
even in summertime. The center of the village is free of traffic, and you will find good
restaurants and cafes, small but well-stocked supermarkets, and nice shops of every
kind. During the day, buses run regularly from the harbor of Antiparos to the rest of the
island.
This simple but comfortable villa includes 3 bedrooms (double bed; 3
single beds; and very large bedroom with 4-5 beds); 1 bathroom; large living/dining room
with table for 10, fireplace, large windows facing the sea; and fully equipped kitchen (with
oven). Terrace, garden, and carport.
