This Greek island house is right on the beach on the west coast of Antiparos, a
small island opposite its larger neighbor, Paros, in the heart of the Cyclades. One of a pair
of detached houses on this property, this home is very quietly situated and overlooks the
sea and a large sandy beach. There are marvelous views toward the west (great
sunsets!). It is just over 3 miles to the main village via a good, mostly paved road. (There
is no bus service to this area.) This is a great location for those who are seeking a Greek
Island hideaway that feels off the beaten track.
The Cyclades Islands are
famous for their many sandy beaches, and Antiparos is no exception. On this small,
narrow island (just a few miles wide), you can savor authentic Greek Island atmosphere.
There is just one village, which does not feel crowded even during the summer. Visitors
will find all that they need here, including good restaurants, small but well-equipped
supermarkets, and nice shops of every kind. There are wonderful beaches all around the
island.
The house is simply furnished and includes 2 bedrooms (double and
twin), 1 bathroom, open-plan living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and large
covered balcony.
