This private secluded Spanish Mediterranean Villa 150 yards from the sea in a jungle setting, is fully air conditioned, professionally designed and exquisitely decorated with all marble floors and wooden windows.
There are seven different levels with oversized entrance doors opening into a staircase foyer then into a formal living room with a giant picture window overlooking a landscaped cenote and including a monkey and parrots.
The vaulted living room has a large television, game table and comfortable seating for 12. The formal dining room seats 10-12 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
There is a powder room off the living room. Up a flight of stairs from the living room and across an open gallery, one steps up to the master bedroom with a balcony, queen sized bed, marble bathroom with oversized shower whirlpool bath, two sinks and a bidet. On the same level is a guest bedroom with a balcony overlooking tropical flowering trees and vines, queen sized bed and marble bath.
Up a few stairs one finds another guest room with a view overlooking the jungle garden. Its marble bath has two sinks. Up another few stairs one discovers a delightful air conditioned tree top garden sitting room covered with an immense palapa roof. Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and Talavera Lavatory. This is a wonderful room for TV, reading, napping and/or escape.
All bathroom sinks are Talavera pottery. All bedrooms have woven mahogany drapes. The bedrooms and living room have Dish Satellite Television in English. Behind the kitchen is a bedroom with a private marble bath and double bed .
Daily Major Domo services are available for cooking and serving breakfast and light lunch, doing light laundry and light ironing, shopping and will serve as chauffeur if needed. Groceries are not included. If dinner and cocktails are wanted, he will prepare and serve. There will be an extra four hours charge as well, for dinner and cocktails. Groceries and liquor are not included.
Baby sitters can be made available. Major Domo does not baby sit.
Leaving the living room one goes out a glass and mahogany door past a breakfast terrace and down some stairs to a separate Bungalow and terrace.
The Bungalow is a very private and separate unit from the principal house with its own entrance and palapa covered terrace. It can be rented separately from the principal house or in conjunction with it. On occasion it is reserved for the owner’s use when the principal house is rented.
The Bungalow serves as a delightful siting room with a view of the jungle, garden and terrace. The sofa bed sleeps two adults. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and other kitchen amenities. There is a shower, lavatory and commode in the private palapa area. Upstairs is a full marble bathroom with a single bed. The bungalow is air conditioned.
Our guests also have use of the Reef Resort VIP card which allow free use of Beach lounge chairs. Also, for a greatly reduced rate you may choose to enjoy the all-inclusive privileges which include all you can eat and drink plus the use of non-motor water sports equipment and large pool.
The tennis court and pool are shared with 12 residences located in a private garden.

Playacar is 30 minutes south of the Cancun Airport in the heart of the area known as the Riviera Maya, accessed by a double lane modern highway with bus service to and from Cancun every 15 minutes, as well as convenient buses to all tourist sites. It is a private gated community with security which is adjacent to the charming walking village of Playa del Carmen. There is an 18 hole Von Hagge golf course 400 meters away. The house shares with seven other homes a swimming pool, tennis court and palapa covered meeting area all in beautiful gardens. The property is a within one block of Mayan ruins, 4 blocks from a fabulous bird aviary and 150 meters from the most beautiful cool powder soft white sand beaches in the world on the clear variegated blue waters of the Caribbean.
Within walking distance is the town of Playa del Carmen with 5th Avenue, a charming pedestrian street of sidewalk cafes, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Four miles south one finds the foremost ecological park in the world, Xcaret, and is a must to visit. Further south on the same highway one encounters, Xel-Ha, a huge natural salt water aquarium snorkeling water park and a little further south, the Mayan ruins of Tulum (45 minutes from Playacar) and more beautiful beaches. Two hours further are the world renowned Mayan ruins of Chichén Itzá after passing Coba which boasts the tallest Mayan ruins in Mexico. Playa del Carmen is the 35 minute ferry destination to and from the island of Cozumel. This area has been named as the second most world wide tourist designation after Paris, France. The Mexican beaches are the most visited and the most beautiful in the world.
