Situated in the most beautiful valley in the Western part of Mallorca and on the edge of one of the nicest small towns on the island is this beautifully restored 300-year-old stone farmhouse.
The property is owned by an English family and they have lovingly restored it over many years, retaining many original features such as beams and fireplaces.
It is tastefully decorated and comfortable as well as being extremely peaceful, situated in private grounds of 5,500 m2. These are completely enclosed with stone walls and gates. Villa Bynyita has central heating so is an ideal property for winter lets. We highly recommend it for both families and groups of friends.
The spacious accommodation consists of a large entrance hall which leads into a lovely sitting room with an open fireplace as well as TV, video and CD player and elegant furnishings. For families with children, there is also a playroom with toys and books. There is a rustic dining room, which leads into an extremely well equipped and pretty kitchen.
The kitchen is air-conditioned and has the following facilities; two fridges, microwave, dishwasher, 2 ovens, hob and grill, all of which are new. There is also a utility room with washing machine, sink and freezer.
The two master bedrooms have superking size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are a further two twin rooms (one has bunk beds that convert to twins). A further 5th bedroom is only suitable for children as two of the main bedrooms are accessed through it. These rooms share a third bathroom
There is a large paved terrace outside the house with a shaded dining area with table and chairs.
The pool measures 9.5m x 4.5m and has roman steps. There are plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture as well as a BBQ.
For the children (of all ages!) there is a table tennis table and a tree house.
The beautifully tended gardens are very private, there is a walled winter garden. Infact the whole estate is fully enclosed with stone walls and gates, making it very safe for children to run around in. There is an almond orchard and a large gravelled parking area.
