sea and the nearest Greek Islands. It is just an eight-minute walk to the center of
Yalikavak and a three-minute drive to the most popular beaches in the area.
The large garden and the pool are shared with the neighboring villa, where the
owners live; they generally prefer to swim in the sea, so the pool is virtually private for
guests. This is a very convenient location, just under a mile to the local supermarkets,
and 2 minutes by car from the Yalikavak marina.
