A perfect beach home for your large gathering of family or friends. Located in a quiet part of the island with beach access directly across the street. You will love the awesome ocean views from the multiple decks. A short walk to shops and restaurants and ten minutes from the Mount Pleasant Town Center - an outdoor mall with a variety of national chains, locally-owned stores, restaurants, and a multi-screen movie theater. You can also be in historic Charleston in only 15 minutes. This home was upgraded in 2005 with brand new kitchen (appliances, cabinets, stone counters), all new carpet, refinished hardwood floors, completely repainted and all new furniture. The first level has one bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds. There is a full bath in the hall and a utility room with washer/dryer. The second floor of the house features a kitchen, dining room, and large TV room with fireplace. On the third floor, you will find three bedrooms. Master has a king-size bed, private full bathroom and a deck with great ocean views. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share another full bathroom. The top floor is a single-room bedroom, also with ocean views. This is a great place for the younger generation to retreat from the adults - it sleeps seven in beds (5 singles and sleeper sofa), has a TV/VCR, and is tucked away from the rest of the house - the kids will have a blast all week long! This six-bedroom house sleeps up to 19 in beds. There re 7 TVs with attached VCR/DVD combo units. And after a great day at the beach, you will enjoy relaxing in our beautiful, private, swimming pool.
