The two neighboring villas are a brand new, deluxe homes located on the hillside above Orient Baie - just a short drive down the hill from the Orient beach. Both sister villas are situated on the same property with all the same amenities. The two homes can be rented together for large groups or separately.
These classically modern villas are furnished in a very minimalist style with white and hardwoods. Terracotta tiles throughout the both villas, warm the cool white walls. The incredible view of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as the stunning backdrop for these homes.
As you enter both villas the view greets you through the entry arch. The open kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A small office area and half bath is across from the kitchen. The air-conditioned living and dining area offers satellite television and DVD player as well as stereo with CD player.
In the lower level is an air-conditioned exercise room with weight machine, treadmill and stationary bike. The room also boasts the same spectacular view as the rest of the villa. On the pool deck, accessed through the living room, is seating for four and deck chairs for sunning. The plunge pool is centered in the decks and it is a wonderful spot to take a dip and enjoy the views.
VILLA ARIEL: 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom with air-conditioned bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living room, offering maximum privacy. Each has a queen size bed and ensuite bath.
VILLA LA BELLE: 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom with two of the air-conditioned bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living room, offering maximum privacy. Each has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. The third bedroom and private bath are located on the second level and share the same great views of the sea.
