The property is perfect for a large family or even two families holidaying together. The large living/dining room on the ground floor is furnished in a very modern style as, indeed, is the whole house. Off the living area, french doors lead onto a small balcony with table and chairs - a pleasant spot for a pre-dinner drink; alternatively there is a courtyard off the well equipped kitchen which provides another choice of location for an alfresco meal.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with a divan bed and a stow-away bed underneath; suitable for one adult or two children.
At the very top a huge terrace covers the whole house; it has a wonderful view over the roofs of Estoril and is perfect for outdoor meals or a spot of sunbathing (please note that, although the property is completely fenced and generally suitable for small children, they would require supervision up here).
In the basement are another double bedroom and a study. The garage is now a games room where the family can enjoy a game of table tennis.
There is a small annexe housing a utility room, two single bedrooms and another double bedroom in the basement, but please note that these bedrooms are not part of the accommodation offered.
For days out, Sintra is well worth a visit for its palaces, castle and museums of modern art and toys, as is Lisbon, only 30 minutes away by the little coastal train. The Estoril-Cascais area is the place for nightlife, with its casino, numerous restaurants, lively bars and discos.
