This hilltop villa is located on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, in a tiny surf town where rock stars, supermodels, and pro surfers come to play. The setting is very private, just over a half-mile up the hill from spectacular beaches, surf spots, bars, and restaurants but guarded by a gatehouse and hidden by the dense rainforest that surrounds it. Guests share this bit of paradise with monkeys, parrots, toucans, and other forest fauna. If you're lucky, you may get to watch the whales swim by in the turquoise ocean below. A grocery store is located just a few minutes away, along with marvelous restaurants serving all kinds of delicious international cuisine. The villa includes three tastefully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ocean views. The master bedroom suite includes a double shower, double sinks, and a Jacuzzi with overhead glass skylight for monkey watching. The guest bedroom suite features ocean views and its own private outdoor terrace for afternoon siestas. The upstairs bedroom has a matching pair of front and back balcony terraces and features a breathtaking panoramic view of the coast. The villa also includes a living room, ocean-view dining room, a fully equipped, brand-new European kitchen, outdoor dining area, and laundry room. The kitchen is at your disposal with top-quality stainless steel appliances and top-notch fixtures. The main living area features an indoor/outdoor pool. Swim under the glass, and you'll find yourself outside in the first of two outdoor connecting pools. The second pool features an infinity edge facing the ocean, mood lighting, and an underwater sound system. Services: Cleaning and maintenance staff will keep the villa in order. Ask about private chef/catering, tours, surfing excursions, diving, snorkeling, and anything else that you might need.
