The villa divides itself into, at first floor level, a main living/dining area with rustic fireplace, television and radio/cassette player. The south facing balcony/terrace overlooks the garden and pool and has outside dining facilities, as well as a barbecue. Access to the garden from this level is via an external spiral staircase. A fully fitted kitchen also has a door out to the terrace. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms (one double, two twins) and three bathrooms (two en-suite). A separate twin bedroom with bathroom en suite is on the second floor of the “Moorish tower” which is accessed via some steps outside (this is ideal for teenagers or a separate couple in the party). Downstairs on the lower level, accessed by external steps, there is a completely self-contained apartment, which has a summer room with inside dining facilities and a mini-kitchen, with microwave and fridge. Doors lead onto a patio and to the garden and pool. There are two twin bedrooms at this level, each with an en suite bathroom. The swimming pool, which has a shallow end with corner steps, measures approximately 8m x 4m and from its terrace there are magnificent views over the countryside to the sea. The garden is laid to lawn with shrubs and a rockery, surrounded by hedging. In addition Marbella, Fuengirola and Mijas with their superb facilities, beautiful golf course, a tennis club and numerous restaurants are approximately 10 minutes drive away. Staff: Maid service twice weekly with weekly linen change. Facilities:Television, radio/cassette player, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ and private swimming pool. Beach/Interests:The beach is just 1 km away, and it is, in our opinion, still the only long stretch of largely unspoilt beach in the region. Shops/Town: A restaurant, bar and a supermarket are within a 10 - 15 minute walk. Malaga airport is approximately 40 minutes drive.
