Villa Auberge is a classical Provençal villa which has been thoroughly modernised. The villa sits centrally in a two acre garden which gives a sense of space and seclusion that is rarely found in the prime locations along the French coast. Ground Floor A large sitting room (12.70 x 5.90m) with an attractive Provençal fireplace dominates the downstairs. The room is equipped with a television with a satellite receiver as well as a radio and CD player. Quadruple French doors open out onto the garden on one side and an archway to the dining room on another. The dining room (8.0 x 3.80m) opens out to a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue; perfect for outdoors dining for all times of day. Photographs of these two rooms are shown below. Next to the dining room is a new bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and w.c., and a dressing area. Also on the ground floor is a small twin bedroom; opposite this bedroom is a cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin. The kitchen is large and modern, containing an eyelevel oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge and a dishwasher; a door leads to the laundry room with washing machines and another fridge.
