This unique house and two cabanas is an incredible value for large groups that want to stay together on the same property but relish the privacy of separate quarters. It's a lot like having your own private "mini resort" The entire property is enclosed by a wall insuring privacy and security.
The location is ideal - near the beach and shopping but tucked away in a nice cul de sac. The property does have a holding tank of fresh water in the event the town shuts off water service.
There is a unique pool with a large bench in the pool for groups to enjoy a jacuzzi type tropical experience.
A short five minute walk to the beach and three minutes to the grocery store makes the property ideal for surfers and beach lovers.
Mature tropical foliage and plants abound on the property.
All three houses are air conditioned.
Tamarindo has been known as primarily a surfing destination but is changing rapidly. Fine restaurants are popping up as well as upscale boutiques. There are several high speed internet cafes, pharmacies, and lots of new and interesting shops. You do not need a car during your stay in Tamarindo since everything is within a 20 minute walk, anywhere in town.
It is easy to book activities such as sailing, canopy tours, fishing trips and other interesting activities to keep active during the day.
