The small resort town of Culburra is surrounded by water and offers excellent swimming and surfing. Warrain Beach is nearby, as is Lake Wollumboola, home to amazing birdlife and great fishing.

The house was recently renovated and is very well maintained. The living room features a full-size ping pong table as well as TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and plenty of books and board games. Linen can be supplied at a small charge.
