This two bedroom,two bathroom, swimming pool beachfront villa is located in the town of Santa Teresa in one of the most pristine beaches of the Northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Nestled amid the tropical forest but just a few walking steps from the ocean, the house enjoys the privacy of its three acres property. It is fully fenced and landscaped with mature trees, Croatian, bamboo, bougainvillea, amapolo, cactus, centenary precious wood trees, thousands of flowers, thick grass lawn and comes with rural fresh water system along with a dependable electric supply and telephone. The house has a large reservoir of fresh water capable of sustaining a family of six for two weeks in the event of a water shortage not uncommon in this area during the dry season.
