Villa Quadrani is a splendid holiday home less than a mile from Amalfi on the road to picturesque Positano. One of the property’s most endearing features is its marvellous terraced garden on three levels, the ideal location for al-fresco parties and special receptions. Villa Quadrani is built on two levels and boasts an internal and external stairway, an annexe and a private car park for two cars.The lower level has its own terrace with shaded pergola and outdoor furniture for delightful al-fresco dining and drinks. Gentle slopes lead up to the second level of the terraced garden – a blaze of colour with bougainvilleas and aromatic lemon trees. The final level is reserved for the swimming pool with breathtaking views of the sea below. Upper level: Access from the parking lot from where four steps lead into a lobby. On the right a door accesses the master bedroom with its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom with bath. Straight on from the lobby an elegant wooden staircase takes you down to the lower level. Lower Level: a large open space consisting of a dining room and a living room and balcony. With the sea on your left a corridor leads to one double bedroom and ar furthe double bedroom each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. To the right of the living area, there is another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. A small corridor leads to the large fully-equipped kitchen. Annexe: From the kitchen level an external passage links to the annexe which has two independent entrances. The annexe contains one twin bedroom and one double bedroom each with its own bathroom with shower.
