Villa Arianna is situated 25 km from Chania airport, 10 km from the town of Chania , and 3 km from the beach. On the 1st floor you find the living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi, 3 bedrooms all with there own balcony with panorama views to the sea and mountain, double doors in the living room leading to the pool and large terrace. Satellite TV, DVD - Video player, Stereo music centre for CD and DVD. The ground floor annex has its own entrance, a small sitting room/tea-kitchen and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 persons, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and more. The villa has central heating for winter use. Cleaning and changing of sheets and towels twice a week. Pool and Terrace: The terrace has tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols for 10 persons, a 9 x 7m pool with separate children’s section and outdoor shower.
