ocean views from every room. There are panoramic 360º views from the
pool deck, stretching from Sir Francis Drake Channel, to the island of St.
John, Frenchman's Cay, and the picturesque island of Jost Van Dyke. There are several
beaches within easy reach, including Apple Bay, Long Bay, and Smuggler's Cove. Tortola
offers something for everyone: wonderful snorkeling, scuba diving, and sailing, to name
just a few. Road Town, the island's capital, has great shopping and restaurants and is a
25-minute drive from the property.
Overlooking Jost Van Dyke, the villa's
terrace is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or stargazing at night. There is
comfortable outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. The 20 by 30 foot pool has circular
corner steps for easy access and is 10 feet at the deep end.
This spacious villa
offers more than 4,000 square feet of living space on two attractively decorated
floors. It includes 4 bedrooms (with four-poster beds), 2.5 bathrooms, oversized living
room (with 30-foot ceiling and three fans), dining area, wet bar, loft (with sofabeds), fully
equipped kitchen (with six-burner gas stove), and terrace. A handcrafted mahogany
staircase leads to the loft overlooking the living room. There is also a games room,
separate from the main house, equipped with a pool table and a dart board. Automatic
shutters surround the wrap-around porch for security or shade. Three of the
bedrooms have direct access to the porch and feature overhead ceiling fans; the
smallest bedroom has a standing fan. Laundry facilities. Gas BBQ. Large hammock.
