Together the farmhouse and guests house can accommodate up to 17 people comfortably. The setting is spectacular. Above rise the mountains of the Gorge du Loup with a medieval village perched on the hillside.
Nearby are the historic towns of Valbonne, Grasse, Vence and Nice. To the south the lively towns of Cannes and Antibes and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur. And in the background, the peaceful murmur of the River Loup as it meanders along the southern boundary of the park

Villa Loubarin is set in a beautiful park of wide open lawns planted with cedars, umbrella pines, olives and palms. There are bushes of flowering oleander, jasmine and lavender as well as orange and grapefruit trees, a rose garden and orchard.
On the south side is the front lawn and pool area with a fantastic 12 x 6 m solar heated pool set in a wide pool terrace in full sunshine all day. Private but not isolated, access to Villa Loubarin is by a small road which runs beside the river culminating at the entrance to the property.
