Casa Passina is a typical stone farmhouse in a hilly position only 4 km from San Gimignano. The house enjoy a wonderful view over the towers of San Gimignano and it is part of an estate producing olive oil and wine. The swimming pool and sun terrace are in panoramic position. Possible to dine outdoor on the terrace and to use the built-in barbecue. To respect the original architecture the renovation was made mostly using the same materials. Furnished in typical Tuscan style. Underfloor heating, TV with satellite reception, dishwasher and fireplace/grill in the litchen. The ground floor which is separated from the rest of the house is used by the owner who look after the garden and the swimming pool. Dinners and house cleaning can be arranged on request (extra).
