Oberperfuß is roughly 15 km away from Innsbruck. The village is in the direction of Kühtai / Seefeld.
As the house is surrounded by mountains, you have excellent slopes for wandering, tracking and mountain biking. There is a nice swimming pool 10 min away by car very suitable for children.
The house is situated in a very calm area that allows children to play around and feel safe in the natural environment. You can rent bikes at a bike rental 10 minutes walking distance from the house.
There are several nice restaurants around the area of Innsbruck where a list can be made available to you. A supermarket with excellent quality and a huge variety of products is within a 5 minute walk from the house.
A very friendly housemaid can be organised at your convenience.
