10 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament) and Tate Britain (previously The Tate Gallery), this comfortable modern apartment makes an ideal base to see some of London's major tourist attractions.

The flat is on the first floor (there is a lift) of a smart modern block and accommodates 5 in one double bedroom, one twin and a put-me-up. There are two bathrooms. It's 3 minutes to your nearest tube station - Pimlico (Victoria line), and Victoria Station (District, Circle and Victoria lines) is not much further. Nearby Vauxhall Bridge Road is quite busy (mainly during the day) but the double glazing does keep out most of the noise. Being on the other side of the flat from the road, the master bedroom is very quiet. The flat is decorated and furnished throughout in high quality, simple, modern style.
The entrance door opens onto a hallway and passageway off which are the rooms. The living area (16ft x 15ft, 4.9m 4.6m) has 2 comfortable 2 seater sofas and a wicker "bucket chair" round a central coffee table, and a dining table and 4 chairs (there are other chairs in the bedrooms). There's a TV and small stereo system. As well as the normal room lights, the room is attractively lit with 2 up-lighters.
The good sized kitchen is clean and modern (wooden cupboards, granite work top) with all the expected appliances including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The master bedroom (14ft x 10ft6, 4.25m x 3.25m) has a 5ft double bed and its own en-suite fully tiled bathroom with power shower, basin and loo. It overlooks the attractive garden courtyard in the centre of the block. The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds (yes we know the photo shows a double bed but that has changed!). The second bathroom has bath (+ power shower), basin and loo.
The flat has high speed (broadband) internet access, but you must bring your own laptop to use it.
As well as being well positioned for visiting the sites, you are also well placed for the mechanics of every day living. 2 minutes away in Warwick Way are several convenience stores and there's a traditional fruit and vegetable market in nearby Tachbrook Street.
The apartment is also convenient for the cheerful restaurants of Pimlico, not to mention being just 2 minutes away from the excellent Chez Nico (French bistro cuisine) on Rochester Row.
