Villa Jardine is a beautiful, contemporary home located in what is known as the Gold Coast, an exclusive private residential area on Aruba. The Gold Coast is famous for its upscale private homes and villas. Most homes here are year-round private residences, but a few homes, such as Villa Jardine, are available for vacation rentals. The villa is only a few steps from Boca Catalina beach and the Caribbean, and is just off the beach road about two miles up from the high-rise hotels on the way to the California Lighthouse. Boca Catalina beach is complete with cabana huts and is one of Aruba's best scuba diving and snorkeling areas. The beaches near the villa are great and the surf is very calm. This area is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, and just about any other water sport. Best of all, this area is very uncrowded, and most times it's like having your own private beach! Villa Jardine easily sleeps 6 and is complete with a large 24-foot in-ground pool and lush tropical gardens. The property is very private and quiet; for total seclusion, relax in the large gazebo hidden in the garden. The villa includes 3 large bedrooms (each with large closet and dresser, separate air conditioning unit, TV, and clock radio); 3 full private baths; a unique indoor/outdoor living room (with cable TV and entertainment center) overlooking the gardens and pool; and fully equipped, large, modern eat-in kitchen complete with all appliances. The upstairs master bedroom suite is complete with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Two rollaway beds available on request. Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron. Linens and towels. Fully enclosed rear yard with high privacy walls, outdoor shower, and large patio with outdoor dining area and barbecue.
