This contemporary villa would be superb for families looking for a comfortable base in an unspoiled part of Mykonos. The villa occupies a quiet hillside position overlooking beautiful Panormos Bay. The beach here is one of the very few unspoilt beaches on Mykonos, having no deck chairs, and just two tavernas, one with a small beach bar. The house is only 350 metres from the beach, and 5 kms from the lively town of Mykonos. The location is exceptionally peaceful. ACCOMMODATION Spacious terrace near the entrance which has two sitting and dining areas with pergolas, a barbecue and a large 13m x 7m swimming pool. Steps lead down from the pool area to a separate bedroom suite, occupied by the live-in housekeeper. The interiors of the house have marble floors with rugs, and have been decorated in a very tasteful, traditional style. Ground floor: Large sitting room with a fireplace, TV and CD stereo, dining area, all open plan with the fully equipped kitchen. Double king sized bedroom with a separate sitting area with drinks fridge, and an en-suite shower room. First floor: Two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, one with separate shower room next door, which open onto a large terrace with wonderful views of Panormos Beach. The regular live-in housekeeper has her own separate room and bathroom in the main house. On the lower level of the house, there is a separate studio with en-suite bathroom, ideal for a young couple. STAFF: Resident full time housekeeper who will provide maid service and is available to cook on request. DISTANCES: Beach 350 metres, Mykonos town 10 mins drive. Close by is Panormos Bay, with long unspoilt sandy beaches, this special villa location offers guests a real getaway experience in a lovely and peaceful environment.
