The Upstairs Lounge has a wood burning fire in a brick fireplace that creates extra warmth. The swimming pool can be cold out of season. Supermarket 2 mins away with rests, pubs, shops 9 mins walk away. Towels & bed linens provided.

Each apartment has a kitchen, dining area, CD players. The television room is located at the entrance to the 3-bed room apartment. The 4-bedroom apartment is located in the 1st floor Large lounge.
HOME CINEMA ROOM with wall projection and surround sound this room is located on the ground floor (not in any apartment) and each apartment has a key for access.
The 10 x 5 Swimming pool has a Cabana with indoor bar and fridge and seating area, Shower and toilet. Purpose built BBQ. A games area with table tennis and pool table. Sunbeds have cushions and low side tables. The view from the pool is the breath taking MONTGO Mountain, with no other buildings overlooking. Bed Linen changed every Saturday morning 11am.
The Swimming Pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Saturday early morning Daily maid service, or weekly full clean available at extra charge.
Local attractions Tennis club with restaurant, Bar and swimming pool. Scuba Diving and Go-carts and children’s farm zoo, only 5 mins walk. Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm approx 50 mins away from Javea. Wonderful day and evening out.
Further local attractions. Aqualandia is a water theme park. Sea World Benidorm. Benidorm Palace Show and 4 course meal 27 euro. Casino Mediterraneo, Spectacular Dinner show full of fantasy.
