This 3-floor apartment is in a very spacious and bright corner house next to the canal, in a lovely unique Amsterdam neighborhood, situated in the canal area between all major tourists attractions.
Located on the first floor you will find the living room and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with an amazing Amsterdam street and canal view on both sides.
The living room is designed with all necessary comforts, such as a comfortable couch, large TV/DVD home cinema system and fauteuils. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is attached to the living area in the front of the house, with gas stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and all items needed.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a double bed and connects to an open mezzanine upstairs with a double bed. There is a separate twin bedroom with two single beds.
In between the two bedrooms is a very cute bathroom, with bath tub/shower and wash basins.
The Rijksmusuem and the Van Gogh museum are literally around the corner. The apartment is also only a few minutes' walk from the Utrechtsestraat, a trendy shopping street with designer boutiques, trendy bars and restaurants. From Italian to Indian, Tibetan to Spanish Tapas. They can all can be found on this famous street.
Leidse square and Museum square are only 5 minutes away, as is Rembrandt square. Also the famous de Pijp area is very close, as is the famous Heineken brewery, typical Amsterdam bars, and many restaurants.
Please note: There are steep stairs in this apartment, therefore it is less suitable for small children, the elderly, or disabled people.
