The duplex apartment is located on the ground & first French floor of a four stories building with security system. It can accommodate 6 people maximum.
Ground Floor: Entering the apartment, you will find the open kitchen and the lounge to your left.
The large lounge is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and a square dining table.
There is a large bay window opening onto a second lounge (veranda) with 2 extra sofas and a working fireplace.
The veranda can be partly opened and gives access to the private terrace & garden (very rare amenity in Aix Center).
There is a large flat screen TV and nice lacked pieces of furniture.
The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, an electric oven, a micro wave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds a large bookshelf, built in closet and a TV.
It has a south exposed French window opening onto the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a tub. There is a separate WC.
Garden : The private garden and terrace gives an lot of charm to this property.

The internal staircase gives access to the second floor.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king size beds, a large bookshelf and a built in closet.

Neighbourhood : The best advantage of the apartment is its central location, very accessible by car and close to the city center (short walking distance from the Mayors house (city hall).
The nearest parking lot is Bellegarde.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it’s landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ‘ Parc Régional du Luberon’.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access : 35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
