A detached villa situated in a very convenient position on the outskirts of Estartit. 10 minutes walk brings you to the centre of the town and a further ten minutes to the superb sandy beach and harbour. Or you can drive to the beach in just a few minutes. Supermarket and a number of restaurants are within easy reach. Tennis courts and mini-golf are nearby.
The house stands on an private unmade road together with several other properties and has no public access for vehicles. Pedestrians can however walk into town via this road/path which is situated just off the main road into Estartit making access to the town easy.
The two floors have a self contained apartments with their own entrances. This makes them particularly attractive to 2 families or the larger party who want to be together whilst still having their own "space". The house is usually let as one during the main summer months but can also be rented as two separate apartments at other times. *The pool is then shared when the two parts of the house are rented separately).

Three twin bedrooms with built in cupboards and lovely views, two sun terraces, one with lovely mountain views that catches the morning sun. The other at opposite end of the apartment. Both with patio furniture. There is a portable barbecue on the terrace.
Outdoors: ample off road parking. Swimming pool approx 8 m by 4.5 and 1.2 m deep. Poolside terrace with sun-loungers, patio furniture and stone barbecue. There is also a shared laundry room leading off the garage with washing machine and dryer. There is a poolside shower and wc.
