Upstairs is a sitting area with TV/Video. On the second floor there is a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace giving views to the sea and surrounding countryside.

The Villa is situated in Calella de Palafrugell an old fishing village of narrow streets and arched promenades, which though partially developed retains its charm, and is still a rather exclusive retreat much favoured by Barcelonans. The Village is strung out along a series of coves with rocky outcrops and sandy beaches in between. Restaurants are in abundance from simple tapas to exclusive seafood restaurants. There are several small supermarkets and in season a large one five minutes walk from the house. For other shopping Palafrugell (3 km away) is an old established market town not given over to tourism. There is a street market as well as covered fish and meat markets every day except Monday.
