This tastefully furnished, air-conditioned villa is located in lovely L'Escala on the Costa
Brava. Recently built, the villa features a large, secluded private pool and a
wooden sun deck (with comfortable loungers), as well as a shaded, tiled terrace and a
stone barbecue for al fresco dining. The grounds are landscaped with a variety of shrubs,
flowers, and trees. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area that is a 15-minute stroll
to one of the area's many Blue Flag sandy beaches (the highest European rating). Within 5
to 15 minutes' walk, you will also find a variety of shops, bars, cafes, and excellent (and
very affordable) restaurants.
L'Escala is a traditional Spanish fishing town
with several fantastic beaches; it also makes a great base for exploring the wider
Costa Brava area. The villa is also ideal for a golfing holiday; there are three
excellent courses within 15 minutes' drive.
The two-story villa includes 3
bedrooms (one double, 2 twin), 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room (with 2 sofabeds),
a dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (with freezer, fridge, and washing
machine), as well as a huge upstairs terrace with good views. The living and dining areas
seat 6 people, and the villa, with sofabeds, sleeps a maximum of 8. Entertainment:
Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, and surround-sound speaker system. Linen
and towels provided. Air conditioning and central heating.
The gates
to the grounds can be opened remotely through the telephone in the living room. There
are two driveways, which easily accommodate one car each.
