Casa Pendere is a lovely Portuguese farmhouse restored to its former charm & character, but with all the modern comforts that we love today. The spacious lounge is warm & inviting with a good sized dining area leading onto the modern fitted kitchen. An internal staircase takes you onto a private sunbathing terrace giving fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms, all bright & airy with ensuite facilities. For larger groups there are a further 2 bedrooms & shower room in the adjoining annexe if required. NB THE ANNEXE WILL NOT BE LET OUT INDEPENDANTLY. In a picturesque village lies this beautifully restored quinta. Set in 2 acres and looking out over the stunning Algarve countryside. Ideally located only 30 minutes from Faro airport, and 20minutes from the centre of Albufeira and the golfing hot spots of Villamoura. A short drive or leisurely walk will take you into the village, a typical Portuguese village. Full of charm and still unspoilt with it’s quaint shops, restaurants and famous Moorish castle ruins. There are 2 mini-markets for your day to day needs, one with butcher’s counter & fresh bread daily. There is a good choice of coffee shops and restaurants serving reasonably priced & tasty food with a friendly service. There is a large mobile air conditioning unit for the use of the guests. The TV shows ITV/BBC/Sky sport and Film channels. Prefer smoking outside the villa only please. Outside facilities: Outside there is a very large undercover area giving ideal shade & is perfect for outside living, easily seating 16/20. Have a game of pool or relax & watch TV, there’s no need to miss your favourite programme just because the sun’s out! The floodlit BBQ, and not forgetting the 10 x 5m Roman shaped pool with underwater lighting, gives a wonderful backlight over the decking and terraces. Local attractions: Visit some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches, less than 20minutes by car. Or for something more energetic try one of the many Waterparks, Zoomarine, Krazy World, Karting or check out the Algarve shopping centre, with their fabulous shops, bowling alley & multi cinemas. Visit Albufeira’s old town, Villamoura’s marina or the historic town of Silves to name but a few.
