Situated in the northern part of Ibiza, the estate is set in the countryside, yet is easily
reachable from all major centers of the island. The villa offers magnificent views
over a valley to the ocean beyond. It is just a bike ride away from many nearby
beaches, only 2-1/2 miles from Santa Eulalia or San Carlos, and 11 miles from
Ibiza Town and its famous nightlife.
This exceptionally spacious old farmhouse
features beautiful architectural details, whitewashed walls, and a traditional drying terrace.
The home has been completely renovated, providing open, contemporary living spaces
while preserving the original character of the house. The property includes a vegetable
garden and a well-kept orchard of olive, orange, and almond trees.
With more
than 10,000 square feet of living space, the main house offers six bedrooms and five
bathrooms. There is a master bedroom suite with Roman bath, shower, Turkish hammam
(steam bath), fireplace, and private garden, plus five double bedrooms. There are also
two indoor living rooms with fireplaces; an outdoor living room; four dining rooms, one
with a fireplace; a TV and video room with satellite TV; two fully equipped kitchens
with modern appliances; a formal dining area, a seating area in the open-plan kitchen,
and an outdoor dining area. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. Central
heating.
There is a full-time, live-in staff of two for cooking,
housekeeping, and gardening. The cook is fabulous, and the gardener always has a
fresh supply of excellent vegetables in season. If your group will be more than 6 people,
the owners can arrange for additional staff (usually 70 Euros per day for 7 hours). Pets
are allowed. Please note: The resident animals are a small dog, a cat, and a parrot who
has a cage outside but likes to be brought in the house once in a while. If you prefer not
to have the animals, the staff can look after them by request.
One-month
minimum stay in August. Higher rates apply during the Christmas/New Year holidays.
