The garden, with full sized swimming pool, is completely enclosed and being at the end of a cul-de-sac of four villas, very private. Suitable for the elderly. Casa Cercolo, is located on a well established urbanisation half a mile west of the town of San Pedro and 7 minutes walk from the sea. The doors to the bedrooms are not wide enough to fit a wheelchair through, but a wheelchair can be taken through the living, dining areas and through the kitchen to the area by the pool (there is a slight lip in the floor where the patio doors run). Sun terrace with marble table seats 8, overhead awning plus other tables and chairs around the garden. Sun loungers. Driveway for 2 cars. Private Pool 8m x 4.5m, graduating from 1.2m to 2.7m in depth with 3 one meter steps entering the pool at the shallow end. Outdoor barbecue area. Pool and garden maintenance all year. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. For swimming, sunbathing please take your own towels. Four hours maid service at weekends during your stay. 7 minutes walk to the sea, San Pedro beach and beautiful 1km promenade. Beach bars, restaurants and water sports are available during the summer months. Parking along the seafront. Puerto Banus is 2 miles east, Marbella 6 miles and Estepona 10 miles to the west. San Pedro town 7 minutes walk/3 minutes drive. Puerto Banus 5 minutes, Marbella 15 minutes, Estepona 30 minutes, Ronda 1 hour, Malaga 1 hour. 3 minutes walk to nearest local shops in village. Supermarkets and banks close by in San Pedro and on Guadalmina urbanisation. Large El Corte Ingles department store and good shopping in Puerto Banus. Regular markets held in San Pedro and other towns along the coast. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are many places of interest to visit along the coast and inland.
