The villa (118 m2) has its own private pool and 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 persons (max. 7). The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan sitting/dinning room, a very well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x 2 single beds) and a bathroom. From 2 balconies there is a beautiful view to the sea and to the impressive “white mountains” of Chania. Wooden ceilings throughout the property. Equipped with air/conditioning (throughout), satellite TV, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The villa has its own beautifully laid out 600 m2 garden, a 38 m2 pool and a barbeque area. The property is surrounded by a high stone-wall. There is a possibility for some kind of sports, fishing, snorkelling, diving, paragliding, mountain biking, and horse riding. Supermarkets, taverns, cafes, a physician, a pharmacy and the beach are within 100-300 m. West Crete Maleme is a historical village on the sea of the northern side of west Crete with approx. 800 inhabitants. It is built in the greenest region of Crete on small hills, between the small rivers Tavronitis and Geranis, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and vineyards. From its hills one can enjoy the beautiful sea together with the majestic view to the 2500 metres high “white mountains”.
