The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona.
The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona´s most famous sites; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
This apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an arch that separates the kitchen from the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tube (shower incorporated) and three bedrooms, one of which is a double room with a double bed, the others are single rooms. Both the living room and the double bedroom have balcony windows looking onto a pedestrian street.
