Both homes can be rented together or separately depending on your needs. We offer transportation, tours,chefs, bartenders and anything else you might need. The inspiration behind Villa Ponterina derived from the lack of luxury homes which could accommodate large groups or multiple families wanting to stay close together near the Beach. The village is more or less the main hub of the Central Pacific… Also the closest beach town from the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose. The village offers a variety of shops,nightclubs, restaurants, plus you will be able to find doctors, banks, supermarkets and other services you might need.Besides of enjoying your vacation in Villa Ponterina, there are plenty of activities you can enjoy in the area. What about starting with a massage right by the pool, yoga at the beach, the crocodile tour , ATV tour in the mountain or take a zip line through the mountains and you should definitely try surfing or try your hand at catching Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Snapper, Tuna, and who knows maybe even a Marlin.
