areas on the lush tropical island of St. Kitts. Frigate Bay is in the southeast of the island,
where the best beaches are found. Diving and snorkeling are excellent. The
property is about 3 miles from the island's capital of Basseterre, which is famous for its
colonial architecture. West of Basseterre, you can explore Brimstone Hill Fortress, a
seventeenth-century fortress that is now a national park with nature trails, wildlife
watching opportunities, and spectacular views of the neighboring islands. You can also
hike through the rainforest to the volcanic peak at the center of the island.
The
villa and adjacent guest house directly overlook the Royal St. Kitts golf course
and the beach, with panoramic ocean views from every room. The
setting is spectacular, quiet, and private. The main house faces a 42-foot-long
private pool and the sea. The bedrooms all face the sea and the reef below,
bringing in the sound of the waves and the cooling breeze of the trade winds. The
property comprises two parts, a one-bedroom main house and an adjacent two-bedroom
guest house. Guests may rent the main house exclusively or both houses together.
