Villa Marilena is a beautiful villa built at the end of the 18th Century. It is a typical Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of one estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live.
It is located just 4km from Lucca, thus combining proximity to the town of Lucca with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside. The area is known as "La Maulina", and has always been famous for its wine. Nowadays it is one of the most popular residential areas of the town of Lucca.
The villa has been totally converted during the last couple of years and has been fully furnished in an elegant style.
It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. A new swimming pool (18x8m) has been installed in a panoramic position a short walk from the house. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 12 guests.
